Cavco - Nappanee, formerly known as Fairmont Homes, has been building quality homes with pride since 1971. Founded by the Shea family in the scenic Amish countryside near Nappanee, Indiana, Fairmont Homes started with a simple, meaningful goal: to design and build affordable, attractive homes with solid construction and high-quality, state-of-the-art components.
